I have bought a whole range of items from Pottery Barn kids for my babies nursery. I have never (!!) had an experience where they got the order right - every single time something else was delivered furthermore it was delayed or the wrong colour. This store really needs to think about its customer service as well as logistics and organisation. The products are great quality but the service is nothing short of terrible.
